The Harbor View Room is a spacious room with a queen size bed and private bath located on the third floor of the house.  The room has a comfortable sitting area with TV.  Windows on three sides allow refreshing ventilation along with the views.  

The in-season room rates for 2006 (April 1 - November 4) are between $150 and $205 per night. 

The off-season room rates (November 5 - March 31) are between $110 and $125 per night.
